I was a bit sceptical about this at first, with the different colours involved, but I actually really like how it turned out. And it doesn't look depressingly funeral-y either! The freesias are starting to come out so the section between the two pinks is starting to look more purple and therefore making the whole design more even.

Sympathy: Week 2
This is what I made in week 2 of the sympathy flowers unit of my course. This design would be used by grandchildren to give to a grandparent, so they could each take a section to fill with their favourite flowers. The material cost for this was £18, but my course leader says they sell for about £65 so that's a pretty good rate of return!
